Full cream milk powder

Full cream milk powder is produced from standardized and pasteurized milk. Through moisture removal and spray drying, the milk is transformed into powder. Available in regular or instant variations, it is classified based on the heat treatment process:

  • High Heat

Buttermilk powder

Buttermilk powder is produced through the spray drying process of fresh buttermilk. It has a comparable protein composition to skimmed milk powder but with a slightly higher fat content.
